Flying Tara, one of our first explorations in bringing back old buddhist prints back to life through bags, we decided to go with Tara, a Hindu and Buddhist goddess who is the protector of the Himalayas. While the illustration of the goddess is something that has been passed on through centuries, we played around with various backgrounds and settings to bring her to life.
